Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining or high-volume restaurant experience
- ServSafe Alcohol certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Strong knowledge of Chicago's food scene and beverage trends
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Basic POS proficiency (Toast, Square, or similar)
