Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests with a warm, professional demeanor to set the tone for their dining experience.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using our POS systems efficiently.
- Deliver orders promptly and ensure guest satisfaction by anticipating needs.
- Clean and sanitize workstations, tables, and dining areas to maintain hygiene standards.
- Cash out guests and process payments accurately and securely.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure a smooth service flow.
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Reliable and punctual attendance is mandatory.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
