Responsibilities
- Deliver attentive table service with knowledge of seasonal menu items and wine pairings
- Process orders accurately through our digital POS system while maintaining table appearance
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar staff to ensure seamless timing of food and beverage delivery
- Handle payment transactions and maintain cash drawer accountability
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and maintain positive dining ambiance
- Adhere to strict sanitation standards and safety protocols during all shifts
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining or high-volume restaurant experience preferred
- Arizona Alcohol Server Permit (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Exceptional communication skills with multilingual abilities a plus
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours and lift up to 25 lbs
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and order adjustments
