Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional table service with warm, knowledgeable hospitality
- Accurately enter orders and manage POS systems
- Coordinate seamlessly with kitchen/bar staff during peak hours
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures
- Maintain immaculate dining area cleanliness and table turnover
- Upsell menu items and beverages to enhance guest experience
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and grace
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining or upscale restaurant experience
- Expertise in order management and POS systems
- Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, and menu items
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure environments
- Impeccable time management and organizational skills
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain)
