Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service with menu knowledge and wine pairing expertise
- Process payments accurately and maintain clean dining stations
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar staff for seamless order execution
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns proactively
- Contribute to daily opening/closing duties and inventory checks
- Uphold health/safety standards and sanitation protocols
- Participate in training for new menu items and service techniques
Qualifications
- 1+ years restaurant/server experience preferred
- Georgia Food Handler's Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and memory for orders
- Positive attitude and team collaboration mindset
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- TAMs/POS system experience a plus
