Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service with menu knowledge and beverage recommendations
- Process orders accurately through POS system and coordinate with kitchen staff
- Manage table rotations and ensure cleanliness of dining area
- Handle cash transactions and payment processing
- Upsell specials and high-margin items to enhance guest experience
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and maintain positive atmosphere
- Adhere to food safety standards and health regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year restaurant serving experience preferred
- Texas Food Handler Certification required (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
