Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service, including taking orders, serving food/beverages, and processing payments
- Memorize menu details and daily specials to make informed recommendations
- Maintain clean and organized dining stations throughout shifts
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff for seamless service coordination
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
- Upsell menu items and promotional offerings to enhance guest experience
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation standards
Qualifications
- Previous server experience preferred but not required (training provided)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask efficiently during peak hours
- Basic math skills for order processing and cash handling
- Must be 21+ years old (alcohol service certification required)
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
- Valid Nevada Food Handler's Card
