Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service including order-taking, beverage service, and food delivery
- Build rapport with guests through personalized recommendations and genuine hospitality
- Process payments accurately using our POS system while maintaining cash handling integrity
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order execution and quality standards
- Maintain pristine dining areas through systematic table resets and sanitation protocols
- Support opening/closing duties including restocking stations and deep cleaning tasks
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly while maintaining professional composure
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining or high-volume restaurant experience preferred
- ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Basic POS system proficiency and math aptitude
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays reliably
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Positive attitude with commitment to teamwork excellence
- Must be 18+ to serve alcohol (KY requirement)
