Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide a seamless seating experience.
- Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and offer recommendations based on guest preferences.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using our POS system with speed and precision.
- Deliver orders promptly and ensure food presentation meets our premium standards.
- Anticipate guest needs, refilling water and maintaining table cleanliness throughout the meal.
- Handle guest complaints or special requests with grace and escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Cash out tables accurately and reconcile daily tips.
Qualifications
- Previous server experience preferred but not required for exceptional candidates.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to stand for long periods and walk continuously during shifts.
- Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems is a plus.
- Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and carry trays easily.
