Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service with menu knowledge and wine pairings
- Process orders accurately through our modern POS system
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar staff for seamless operations
- Maintain clean, sanitized tables and dining stations
- Handle payments and resolve guest concerns promptly
- Upsell specials and seasonal menu items
- Assist with opening/closing duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months restaurant/server experience required
- ServSafe certification preferred (training provided if needed)
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours per shift
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- TAMCC alcohol service certification preferred
- Positive attitude and team player mentality
- Basic math cash-handling accuracy
