Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests warmly, ensuring a welcoming first impression.
- Present menus and answer questions about ingredients, preparation, and daily specials.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff.
- Serve food and drinks with precision, ensuring proper temperature and presentation.
- Process payments efficiently using POS systems.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns immediately.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area throughout your shift.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or food service is preferred but not required.
- Strong knowledge of food and wine pairings is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand and move around for extended periods.
- Familiarity with POS systems (e.g., Toast, Square, Micros).
- A valid Food Handler's card or willingness to obtain one.
- Must be available for weekends and holidays.
