Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests warmly, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Present menus, explain daily specials, and answer questions about ingredients.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Deliver orders promptly and ensure quality control before serving.
- Clear tables efficiently and reset them for the next service.
- Handle payments accurately and process tips.
- Upsell products and handle guest feedback with professionalism.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in a full-service restaurant setting.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and alcohol service regulations.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Valid Food Handler's Card or ability to obtain one.
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
