Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly and answering questions about our menu offerings.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them promptly to the kitchen staff.
- Deliver meals and drinks to tables in a timely and courteous manner.
- Handle cash, credit card, and gift card transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment throughout your shift.
- Clean tables, reset dining areas, and assist with closing duties.
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand and move around for extended periods.
- Familiarity with POS systems (Toast, Square, etc.) is a plus.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required.
