Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests with warmth and efficiency, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Present menus and provide detailed descriptions of our culinary offerings and beverages.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using our POS system.
- Deliver exceptional service by anticipating guest needs and maintaining high standards.
- Process payments accurately and handle cash and credit transactions with integrity.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area and tables throughout the shift.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience as a server or in the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light objects (up to 25 lbs).
- Familiarity with POS systems (e.g., Toast, Micros) is a plus.
- Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
