Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service with menu knowledge and upselling expertise
- Process payments accurately and maintain cash handling protocols
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order delivery
- Reset tables and maintain clean dining stations
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism
- Adhere to all health/safety and alcohol service regulations
- Participate in pre-shift briefings and team meetings
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months restaurant/server experience preferred
- Valid Arizona Alcohol Server Permit (TIPS certification)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Basic POS system proficiency
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Food Handler's Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
