Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen.
- Provide detailed knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
- Upsell specials and beverages to maximize revenue.
- Ensure dining areas are clean, organized, and well-stocked throughout the shift.
- Cash out guests accurately and process payments efficiently.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a server in a full-service restaurant preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Friendly attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to lift trays weighing up to 25 lbs.
- Food Handler’s certification is a plus but not required.
