Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests with warmth and efficiency, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Present menus and provide detailed descriptions of ingredients and preparation methods.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen promptly.
- Clean and set tables meticulously between service periods to maintain our high standards.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues with grace and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant setting is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of wine, beer, and cocktail pairings is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift trays weighing up to 25 lbs.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
