Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding guest service with a warm, professional, and welcoming demeanor at all times.
- Master our POS system to ensure accurate orders, timely service, and seamless transactions.
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of dining areas, tables, and restrooms to meet our high standards.
- Upsell menu items, appetizers, and beverages to enhance the guest experience and drive revenue.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure a smooth and efficient flow of service.
- Handle cash and card transactions with 100% accuracy and adhere to all company policies.
Qualifications
- Previous server experience in a high-volume restaurant setting is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food and wine pairings is a plus but not mandatory.
- Valid food handler card or ability to obtain one prior to employment.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift trays weighing up to 25 lbs.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
