Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional table service with menu knowledge and upselling techniques
- Process orders efficiently using our POS system while maintaining accuracy
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely food delivery and quality checks
- Manage table cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout shift
- Handle cash transactions and reconcile payments at shift end
- Provide warm hospitality to diverse guests including tourists and locals
- Participate in daily pre-shift briefings and training sessions
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant/server experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and order accuracy
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Wisconsin Food Handler Certification or ability to obtain
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
- 21+ years old (required for alcohol service)
