Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service for 4-6 tables simultaneously
- Master menu knowledge and recommend signature dishes/beverages
- Process payments accurately and maintain cash drawer accountability
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar staff for seamless order execution
- Ensure cleanliness of dining area and restock stations
- Handle guest inquiries/complaints with professionalism
Qualifications
- 1+ years restaurant/server experience preferred
- Tennessee alcohol service certification (TIPS/SERVE)
- Ability to stand/walk 6+ hours per shift
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Basic POS system proficiency
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
