Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional, friendly service to all guests in a timely and professional manner.
- Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and make personalized recommendations.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system efficiently.
- Deliver orders to tables, ensuring food presentation is appealing and temperature is perfect.
- Clean and reset tables between service periods to maintain a pristine dining environment.
- Cashier duties including processing payments and handling cash transactions accurately.
- Assist with stocking supplies and maintaining the cleanliness of the dining room.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a server or in the food service industry is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, outgoing demeanor.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and credit transactions accurately.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Knowledge of local alcohol laws and responsible service practices.
