Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality service to all guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using our Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Deliver food and drinks efficiently, adhering to presentation standards.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room and service stations.
- Upsell menu items and beverages to enhance the guest experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a full-service restaurant setting.
- Strong knowledge of wine, beer, and cocktail pairings.
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must possess a valid Food Handler and Alcohol Service Certificate (SOPA).
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
