Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests warmly, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere upon arrival.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Deliver orders promptly and accurately, ensuring quality and temperature standards are met.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and making recommendations.
- Handle payments efficiently and accurately, including processing various forms of tender.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service operations.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables and service stations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience as a server or in the hospitality industry is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (4-6 hours) during shifts.
- Friendly, outgoing, and detail-oriented personality.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to obtain necessary food handling and alcohol awareness certifications.
