Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests warmly, ensuring an immediate and welcoming atmosphere.
- Take and process food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system.
- Recommend drinks and specials based on guest preferences to enhance the dining experience.
- Clean and sanitize tables, chairs, and service areas between seatings.
- Handle cash transactions and process credit cards with precision.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service.
- Upsell items and promote our loyalty programs to increase revenue.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred.
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods while maintaining energy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with POS systems (e.g., Micros, Toast, OpenTable) is a plus.
- Must be able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
