Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Present menus and answer detailed questions about ingredients, preparation, and specials.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff promptly.
- Deliver food and drinks to tables in a timely manner, ensuring presentation standards are met.
- Handle payments efficiently using the POS system and manage cash handling procedures.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any service issues to ensure 100% satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining room throughout your shift.
Qualifications
