Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests promptly, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Present menus and provide detailed knowledge of ingredients and preparation.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems.
- Cross-sell beverages and specials to enhance the guest experience.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns or requests immediately.
- Ensure the dining room is clean, organized, and set according to standards.
- Process payments accurately and handle cash and card transactions with integrity.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a server or waiter is preferred but not required for enthusiastic candidates.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and credit transactions.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Valid food handler's card or willingness to obtain one.
