Responsibilities
- Provide impeccable service to every guest, ensuring a memorable and personalized dining experience.
- Present menus, answer detailed questions about menu items, and make knowledgeable recommendations.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently.
- Clean and sanitize work areas, tables, and equipment throughout the shift to maintain high hygiene standards.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently, handling both cash and credit transactions.
- Collaborate seamlessly with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service and resolve any guest issues promptly.
- Upsell appetizers, desserts, and specialty drinks to enhance the guest experience and drive revenue.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required for enthusiastic candidates.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs safely.
- Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required by business needs.
