Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests warmly, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere from the moment they arrive.
- Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and make knowledgeable recommendations.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff promptly.
- Serve food and drinks with precision, ensuring proper timing and presentation.
- Handle payments efficiently and maintain a clean, organized service station.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout the dining area.
- Upsell specials and dessert items to enhance the guest experience.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Server or Waitstaff is preferred but not required.
- Strong knowledge of food and wine pairings is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
