Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional hospitality from arrival to departure.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and serve them with precision and flair.
- Upsell menu items and suggest wine or cocktail pairings to enhance the guest experience.
- Ensure table cleanliness, proper set-up, and adherence to health and safety standards.
- Cash out guests accurately and process payments efficiently using the POS system.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate service.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints with patience and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required for enthusiastic candidates.
- Strong knowledge of food and wine pairings is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand and move around for extended periods during shifts.
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
