Responsibilities
- Greet and Seat Guests: Welcome patrons with a warm smile and escort them to their tables, ensuring a smooth flow of service.
- Take Orders: Expertly guide guests through our menu, answering questions and making recommendations to enhance their dining experience.
- Service Excellence: Deliver food and beverages accurately and promptly, anticipating guest needs before they arise.
- Cash Handling & POS: Manage point-of-sale transactions with precision, ensuring all checks are accurate and processed efficiently.
- Maintain Cleanliness: Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and organization in the dining area and service stations.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience as a server or in the hospitality industry is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Availability: Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Reliability: Punctual and dedicated work ethic with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Alcohol Awareness: Must possess a valid Food Handler’s and TABC certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate objects.
