Responsibilities
- Deliver friendly, efficient table service while maintaining knowledge of menu items and specials
- Process payments accurately using POS systems and handle cash transactions
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order delivery and food quality
- Reset tables promptly and maintain clean, organized dining areas
- Upsell menu items, beverages, and promotions to enhance guest experience
- Assist with opening/closing duties including restocking supplies
- Resolve guest concerns promptly with a positive, solutions-oriented approach
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year restaurant serving experience preferred
- Must be 18+ with ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math proficiency for handling cash and orders
- Food Handler's certification or willingness to obtain
- Reliable transportation to our Aspen Drive location
