Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional table service with attention to detail and hospitality standards
- Accurately process orders and payments using POS systems
- Manage section cleanliness and table turnover during peak hours
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar staff for seamless guest experiences
- Upsell specials, beverages, and menu items to enhance profitability
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Adhere to all health/safety and sanitation protocols
Qualifications
- 1+ years restaurant/server experience preferred
- Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the US
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25+ lbs
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Knowledge of wine/beer basics and allergen awareness
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Positive attitude with team-first mentality
- Basic math and cash handling proficiency
