Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service to 4-6 tables simultaneously
- Master 50+ menu items and 20+ wine selections
- Process POS transactions with 100% accuracy
- Manage high-volume peak periods with composure
- Collaborate with kitchen staff for seamless service
- Execute table resets in under 3 minutes
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining experience
- MA Food Handler/ServSafe certification
- Exceptional multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of craft beverages preferred
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Weekend/holiday availability required
- Positive attitude under pressure
- Valid Massachusetts ID
