Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service with genuine warmth and professionalism
- Accurately take and process food/drink orders using POS systems
- Coordinate with kitchen/bar staff for seamless order fulfillment
- Present menu knowledge and upsell specials/premium items
- Manage table assignments and maintain clean dining stations
- Process payments efficiently and accurately
- Resolve guest inquiries with prompt, friendly solutions
Qualifications
- 1+ years of restaurant/server experience preferred
- Food Handler/ServSafe certification a plus
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Texas alcohol service certification (TABC)
