Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional table service with warm, attentive hospitality
- Expertly manage 4-6 tables during peak hours (lunch/dinner)
- Process orders accurately via POS system and coordinate with kitchen
- Upsell signature dishes and beverages to enhance guest experience
- Maintain pristine table settings and dining area cleanliness
- Handle payment transactions and cash management
- Collaborate with hosts, bartenders, and kitchen staff
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly with a solutions-oriented mindset
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year restaurant/server experience required
- Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours with frequent lifting (25 lbs)
- Strong multitasking skills during high-volume service
- Basic POS system proficiency (training provided)
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
- Must be 18+ to serve alcohol (Arizona requirement)
