Responsibilities
- Deliver friendly, efficient table service with wine/food knowledge
- Process payments accurately and maintain POS systems
- Coordinate with kitchen/bar staff for seamless order fulfillment
- Manage table turnover and maintain clean dining areas
- Upsell signature dishes and premium beverages
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Adhere to all health/safety protocols
Qualifications
- 1+ years restaurant/server experience preferred
- Must be 18+ with TABC certification
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Basic POS system literacy
- Flexible availability including weekends
- Team player with positive attitude
- Physical stamina for 4-6 hour shifts
