Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests with a warm, welcoming attitude upon arrival.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system efficiently.
- Deliver orders promptly while ensuring quality standards and presentation.
- Answer guest inquiries and resolve any issues with grace and professionalism.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized dining environment at all times.
- Handle cash transactions and process credit card payments accurately.
Qualifications
- Previous server experience is preferred but not required for enthusiastic candidates.
- Excellent verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs safely.
- Friendly demeanor with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are mandatory.
- Must be of legal working age to serve alcohol if required by the venue.
