Responsibilities
- Provide warm, professional, and personalized greetings to all guests upon arrival.
- Master and execute the menu knowledge to recommend food and beverages confidently.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using our POS system and relay them to the kitchen promptly.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by anticipating guest needs and maintaining a clean, organized station.
- Handle cash transactions and POS duties accurately and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a server, host, or in a similar customer service role is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to stand and move around the restaurant for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic math skills for cash handling.
