Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service for 4-6 tables simultaneously during peak hours
- Expertly navigate seasonal menus and wine pairings using our tablet-based POS system
- Process payments accurately and reconcile cash drawers with precision
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure flawless order execution and timing
- Maintain pristine dining standards through table resets and sanitization protocols
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and discretion
- Contribute to daily pre-shift briefings and inventory management
Qualifications
- 1+ years fine dining or high-volume restaurant experience required
- Current Minnesota Alcohol Server Permit (TAB certification)
- Exceptional multitasking and time management abilities
- Proficient in Aloha or similar restaurant POS systems
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours and lift 30 lbs regularly
- Passion for local cuisine and craft beverage trends
- Food Handler's Certification preferred
