Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests with a warm, welcoming demeanor.
- Present menus and explain daily specials and ingredients.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen.
- Serve meals and drinks in a timely and organized manner.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns or special requests immediately.
- Process payments efficiently using POS systems.
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized service station and dining area.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a full-service restaurant setting.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and alcohol service regulations.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy for POS systems.
