Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests warmly, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere immediately upon arrival.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently.
- Deliver orders with precision and speed, ensuring quality presentation and temperature.
- Handle payments and process tips accurately and securely.
- Clear tables promptly and maintain a pristine dining environment during and after service.
- Upsell menu items and specialty cocktails to enhance the guest experience and maximize revenue.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless communication and service.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a high-volume restaurant setting is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Alcohol Server Certification (or willingness to obtain) is required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods.
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and major holidays.
