Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests with a warm, professional demeanor.
- Provide detailed knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them efficiently to the kitchen.
- Deliver food and drinks while ensuring proper presentation and timing.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining station throughout the shift.
- Address guest concerns or feedback immediately and escalate issues as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly attitude.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Physically capable of standing for long periods and carrying trays.
- Basic computer literacy for POS system navigation.
