Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Present menus and provide detailed descriptions of dishes and beverages to enhance the dining experience.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using our POS system and relay them to the kitchen with precision.
- Chef the table, serving courses in a timely and organized manner, and refilling beverages as needed.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with grace and problem-solving skills.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining room and service stations throughout the shift.
- Collaborate with the front-of-house and back-of-house teams to ensure seamless service.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in fine dining or high-volume hospitality settings is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of wine, beer, and food pairings is a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, outgoing attitude.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods while maintaining high energy.
- Proficiency with Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
