Responsibilities
- Deliver friendly, efficient table service while maintaining high standards of hospitality
- Expertly manage 4-6 tables during peak hours with precision and grace
- Process payments accurately and reconcile POS terminals at shift end
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar staff for seamless order execution
- Maintain pristine table settings and dining area cleanliness
- Upsell specials and premium menu items to enhance guest experience
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly and escalate concerns to management
Qualifications
- 1+ years of fine dining/casual upscale restaurant experience
- Proven ability to multitask in high-volume environments
- Knowledgeable of wine, beer, and cocktail service protocols
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain)
