Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service with knowledge of seasonal menu and wine pairings
- Process orders accurately through POS systems and coordinate with kitchen staff
- Manage table rotations during peak hours while maintaining service standards
- Handle cash transactions and reconcile payment methods efficiently
- Assist with opening/closing duties including station setup and breakdown
- Upsell menu items and promotional specials to enhance guest experience
- Ensure cleanliness and compliance with food safety regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining or high-volume restaurant experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Washington State Food Handler's and Alcohol Server permits required
