Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining or high-volume restaurant experience
- Knowledgeable of food safety regulations and alcohol service laws

- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Valid Illinois Food Handler's certification (or willingness to obtain)
