Responsibilities
- Execute specialty coffee brewing techniques with precision and artistry
- Train and develop barista staff on beverage protocols and customer service
- Manage inventory, ordering, and equipment maintenance
- Create innovative seasonal drink menus and presentations
- Drive exceptional customer experiences through personalized service
- Uphold strict quality standards and hygiene protocols
- Collaborate with kitchen team on food-beverage pairings
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional barista experience with specialty coffee expertise
- Advanced latte art skills and beverage certification preferred
- Proven leadership experience in food/beverage settings
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Knowledge of coffee origins, brewing methods, and flavor profiles
