Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages according to recipes and standards
- Operate espresso machines and brewing equipment safely and efficiently
- Provide friendly, attentive customer service and build rapport with regulars
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace including counters, equipment, and seating areas
- Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems accurately
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies
- Adhere to food safety and health code regulations
