Responsibilities
- Provide warm, personalized guest check-ins/check-outs during evening hours
- Manage multi-line phone system with exceptional call etiquette
- Coordinate with valet, security, and housekeeping teams
- Handle guest requests and resolve issues with discretion
- Maintain accurate reservation and billing records
- Prepare end-of-day reports and secure cash handling
- Uphold 5-star service standards in all interactions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year luxury hospitality/reception experience
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in Opera or similar property management systems
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Professional appearance and polished demeanor
- Flexibility for weekend/evening/night shifts
- Valid Arizona driver's license preferred
- Must pass background check and drug screening
