Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare specialty coffee beverages using espresso machines and manual brewing techniques
- Deliver exceptional customer service with product knowledge and friendly interactions
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all coffee equipment and service areas
- Manage cash transactions and POS system operations accurately
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours to ensure smooth workflow
- Participate in inventory management and restocking of coffee supplies
- Contribute to creating a welcoming atmosphere for all guests
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of barista or food service experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing methods and flavor profiles
- Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Flexible availability including weekends and early mornings
- Food handler certification (or willingness to obtain)
